 Dr. Steinbaum’s Evolution of Adesso

2002: Dr. Steinbaum runs prevention testing with the New York Knicks. Testing methodology begins.

2003: As director of Beth Israel’s cardiac rehab program, she treats 1,000-plus patients and researches with Ornish’s Lifestyle Heart Trial prevention program.

2005: Dr. Steinbaum launches the Women’s Cardiac Care Network, Beth Israel’s first prevention program, first testing of her methodology. Thousands of successful patient treatments refines her approach.

2015: Begins first testing with CPET methodology for risk identification and lifestyle prescription, a critical distinguishing test for Adesso.

2018: Launches women’s prevention program for Mt. Sinai.

2020: Enters private practice. Heart-Tech Heath runs first year pilot with 50 patients. Heart-Tech Health trademarks the Adesso methodology.

2021: Heart-Tech Health begins software development/testing.
